Service Provider: CoolCraft Network Hosting

By purchasing, accessing, or using our hosting services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Service Description

We provide game server hosting services, including but not limited to Minecraft servers, file management access, and related infrastructure. Services are provided "as-is" and may change at any time.

2. Minecraft EULA Agreement

By creating, starting, or using a Minecraft server through our services, you agree to the Minecraft EULA. It is your responsibility to review and comply with Mojang's terms. We are not responsible for violations of the Minecraft EULA caused by your server or its content.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any activity that is illegal, abusive, or harmful to our infrastructure, other users, or third parties.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Cryptocurrency mining of any kind (CPU, GPU, or otherwise)
• Running miners, mining pools, or mining-related software
• Resource abuse (sustained excessive CPU, memory, disk, or network usage unrelated to normal game server operation)
• Malware, trojans, backdoors, botnets, or unauthorized remote-control software
• Using the service as a VPS, shell host, or general-purpose compute server
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or evade system limits, safeguards, or monitoring
• Uploading malicious or deceptive files (including fake or modified server jars)
• Network abuse, scanning, DDoS tools, or traffic flooding
• Any activity that negatively impacts node stability or other customers

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

4. Server Files & Custom Jars

We may allow users to upload custom server jars or files. By doing so, you acknowledge that:

• Uploaded files may be scanned, monitored, or restricted for security and abuse prevention
• We reserve the right to block, delete, or restrict files that pose risk
• Server jars must be legitimate game server software
• Uploading loaders, wrappers, or disguised binaries intended for non-game use is prohibited

We are not responsible for damage caused by files you upload.

5. Resource Limits

Each service plan includes defined resource limits. You agree to operate your server within reasonable usage patterns.

We reserve the right to:

• Throttle or limit resources
• Stop servers exhibiting abusive or abnormal usage
• Adjust limits to protect overall service stability

6. Monitoring & Enforcement

To maintain service integrity, we may monitor:

• CPU, memory, disk, and network usage
• Running processes
• Network connections

This monitoring is solely for abuse prevention, performance, and security.

7. Suspensions & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services at any time
• Do so with or without prior notice
• Take action immediately in cases of abuse or security risk

No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms.

8. Data & Backups

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

We do not guarantee:

• Data retention
• Backup availability
• Recovery of lost files or servers

9. No Warranty

Services are provided "as-is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the current billing period

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the service provider operates.
